“We had an excellent stay at Petit Palace! The location was absolutely perfect - close to everything we wanted to see and explore. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Shout out to Yannick for bringing us a new TV remote! The hotel offered great value for the price, and the complimentary buffet breakfast was a wonderful bonus with plenty of options to start the day. One of the biggest surprises was the bathroom. For this price point, it was by far the largest bathroom we've ever had in Europe, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, Petit Palace exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!”

“Great location, really close to everything in the city centre. The rooms were quiet and well sound proofed. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Breakfast was good too. It didn't have a huge selection, but it covered everything you would want. Coffee machines are good and quick. Front desk staff were friendly and as I'm learning Spanish helped me by speaking slowly so I could learn. Very much would come back to this hotel.”

From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every part of my stay was comfortable. ​One of the absolute highlights was the morning spread—the breakfast was simply delicious, offering a great variety of fresh and high-quality options to start the day right. ​However, what truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding customer service. While everyone was helpful, I have to give a massive shoutout to Andrei Iatsenko. He is, without a doubt, the best receptionist ever! Andrei went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, greeting guests with a warm smile and handling every request with effortless professionalism. His dedication to making guests feel at home is truly unmatched.”

“We were in beautiful Barcelona for 12 days for a conference and vacation. The Petit Palace and all of its staff were wonderful. The room, although modestly sized, was excellent and had a small balcony overlooking the street. Very nice ("Continental") breakfast buffet. All the staff were pleasant and efficient, from housekeeping to management. The location is near both Metro and bus stops. 1/2 block from vibrant restaurant scene of all kinds, including many with indoors or street terrace seating.”

“We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The highlight was definitely the breakfast—it was phenomenal. Every morning featured a wonderful assortment of fresh pastries, a great selection of Nespresso coffee options, fresh-squeezed and pressed juices, yogurt parfaits, curated meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, and plenty of hot items including eggs and meat selections. There was truly something for everyone, and the quality was excellent. A special thank you to Stephanie, who hosted breakfast several mornings during our stay. She was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The hotel’s location was another major plus. It was centrally located to many of Barcelona’s top attractions and easy to explore on foot. There were countless restaurants, dessert shops, stores, and places to grab a drink nearby. The area felt clean, safe, and lively without being overly noisy. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and provided great recommendations on places to visit and eat, which we appreciated. We also enjoyed the fruit- and cucumber-infused water available in the lobby each day, and the option to rent bikes was a nice touch. A few minor drawbacks: the bed was a bit firm, the pillows were quite flat, and the room felt somewhat dated. We also noticed that after our stay, some of our luggage and clothing smelled faintly of cigarette smoke, possibly from a previous guest smoking near the large window that could be opened. Despite those small issues, the excellent breakfast, friendly staff, convenient location, and overall quiet atmosphere made for a very pleasant stay. We would happily consider staying here again.”
